    Hi,

If this happened after changes on your PC, like an update on your Windows system, or an installed application or software, please try the following solutions below.

If you did not perform any changes on your PC, please proceed to solution 2.

    1. Disable or uninstall the installed application or software.
    2. Shut down your computer. Press the SHIFT key + Shutdown. Unplug your power cable or adapter and other peripherals from the PC for 30 seconds, then plug the power cable or adapter and necessary peripherals like keyboard and mouse. Then, turn the device on.
    3. Please perform a system restore.
    4. Fix issues by reinstalling the current version of Windows
    5. If nothing works, please try performing an In-place upgrade in Windows 11.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!

To troubleshoot your Bluetooth speakers and microphone issues, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Bluetooth Settings: Go to Settings > Devices and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. If it is already on, try toggling it off and then back on.
    2. Device Compatibility: Ensure that your Bluetooth speakers and microphone are compatible with your system. For example, HoloLens (1st gen) does not support Bluetooth audio devices, while HoloLens 2 supports A2DP audio profile for stereo playback.
    3. Pairing Devices: If your Bluetooth devices are not pairing, make sure they are discoverable. Restart the devices and try pairing them again. For HoloLens, you can follow the pairing instructions provided in the settings.
    4. Check Device Manager: In Device Manager, look for any issues with Bluetooth drivers. If you see a yellow exclamation mark next to your Bluetooth device, it may indicate a driver issue.
    5. Update Drivers: Ensure that all drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through Windows Update or the manufacturer's website.
    6. Use System File Checker: If you suspect system file corruption, you can run the System File Checker tool. Open the command prompt with administrative privileges and type sfc /scannow to repair any missing or corrupted system files.
    7. Restart Your Computer: After making changes or updates, restart your computer to ensure all settings take effect.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to gather more information or seek further assistance from Microsoft support.
