We are in the startup program.
Steps:

  1. I successfully login to Azure Portal.
  2. To check the usage, I get redirected to the Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription page.
  3. After login in there, I see that "This account does not have an active Subscription"

Terrible experience.

How can I fix this problem?

    Hello @Bluberry Team,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you’re facing an issue with your Azure Sponsorship account not showing the balance or usage details.

    • This account does not currently have an active subscription. Please verify the following steps:
      • Make sure you are logging in with the email associated with your sponsorship.
      • Confirm that the activation process for your sponsorship has been completed. Note that it may take a few moments for the account to become fully active.
    • Please make sure you were eligible for the Microsoft Azure Sponsorship offer and that it has been activated. You should have received an email invitation associated with your Account ID. If you did not receive this, it may explain why you are seeing a message about not having an active subscription.

For the Azure Sponsorship offer, particularly for modern customers, you should be able to check your balance and usage by logging into the Azure Portal.

    • Go to Azure Portal
    • Sign in with the credentials associated with your sponsorship.
    • From the left pane, select Billing -> Payment methods, and then click on the Azure credits tab.

If you are a legacy customer, try visiting Microsoft Azure Sponsorships directly to check your balance and usage details.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.

Please "Accept the Answer" if the information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.
