I ran into a problem when trying to upload file sets to train the Custom Translator. Only .align files seem to be going through and uploading correctly; any other file type gets stuck somewhere and ends up with the UserFilesUploaded status.User's image

    Hi J,

I understand the frustration this issue may cause. The error you're encountering is due to a mismatch in the number of lines between your files.

For proper alignment, both files must have strict 1:1 sentence alignment.

    Additionally, please ensure the following:

    • Your text file is UTF-16 or UTF-8 encoded.
    • The file name does not contain any Japanese characters.

I hope this resolves the issue. Feel free to mark this as the answer if it helps!
