First which comes to my mind, try to investigate sign-in logs in Entra, do you see any errors there for current user and device?

I'm hoping someone can help me solve this issue. because it is driving me mad. the last 2 weeks, we have implemented Intune and enrolled most devices in the company, I am having an issue where my account(Global Administrator) is somehow locking down the computer after a few hours or days.
I can open the Microsoft apps. but they flash then close, they all do it including: adding a local account, Microsoft store, Microsoft security centre. At first, I thought I may have been a policy that I was a part of but have looked all policies and I am on the same as everyone else. noone else is having issues. my OneDrive is stuck on signing it.
I have tried all the fixes I could find on the internet, I couldn't find anything on the same issue that I'm experiencing. nothing works. only a reset of the whole computer. but then after a day or even just a few hours it will lose authentication and none of the Microsoft apps will open again. very frustrating as I need to have access to emails and teams as an admin, I have been using my account in the online portal and everything works okay.
I checked event viewer and see that I am getting a massive number of errors to do with DCOM about authentication.
I did accidently delete the device out of Intune once while testing before we deployed it to everyone without using the "wipe" function. I am thinking this may have something to do with it.
I can't even make short clips to show how the apps are opening then closing as it using windows media player.
Please for anyone thinking that this is a simple fix believe me it is not, I have tried all troubleshooting options. checked and disabled all Intune policies, I have tried resetting MFA I have tried fully reinstalling Windows and I will be putting a test account on this computer to see if it does it for that account also. or if it is just my account, I currently have my account on another computer and seems to be working okay for now. so definitely something with the actual device losing authentication after a while and it locks it down or something not sure.... nothing works.
Hope someone has had a similar experience and can shed some light on the issues I'm facing.
