A family of Microsoft relational database management systems designed for ease of use.
Hi @Brynna Kellogg,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out and the effort taken to troubleshoot the issue.
According to your concern, this typically indicates that the file is located in untrusted location, and file security properties. To resolve the issue, I would recommend following these steps:
- Move the database file to a trusted location:
- Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
Identify a trusted location where you can move the database.
- Check "Allow Trusted Locations on my network".
- Check the file property of your Access file
- Find the Access file in Windows Explorer. Right-click the file and select Properties.
- At the bottom of the "General" tab, you should see a "Security" option.
- Check the "Unblock" checkbox, then click Apply then OK.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
