Need to install Microsoft office on my samsung galaxy 4 note on my laptop

• Are you using personal account or business account? if you did not purchase subscription yet, you cannot use full features of Microsoft office, if you don’t have a subscription, you can purchase Microsoft 365 Personal or Family from https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365.
• Which version of Windows of laptop are you using (windows 10 or Windows 11 or else?

On your Samsung Note 4

However, the code you mentioned is 13 digits, but Office/Microsoft 365 product keys are 25 characters (XXXXX‑XXXXX‑XXXXX‑XXXXX‑XXXXX). On Android phones, Office doesn’t use keys, you install the apps and sign in. Please provide screenshot for us to more understand your issue

Furthermore, you cannot install the full desktop version of Office on Android (Samsung Note 4). Because the Android operating system does not support installing the desktop version of Office.

Instead, you can download the Office mobile apps from Google Play Store as Word, Excel or PowerPoint. (you need to have Microsoft account or Microsoft 365 subscription for full features)

On your laptop

Go to m365.cloud.microsoft/apps

1. Sign in with the account linked to your subscription.
2. Click Install Office > choose Microsoft 365 Apps.
3. Run the installer and follow on-screen instructions.
