According to your concern, to unblock macros from access, please follow the below steps:
- Move the database to a trusted location:
- Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.

Identify a trusted location where you can move the database.
- Check "Allow Trusted Locations on my network".
- Check the file property of your Access file
- Find the Access file in Windows Explorer. Right-click the file and select Properties.
- At the bottom of the "General" tab, you should see a "Security" option.
- Check the "Unblock" checkbox, then click Apply or OK.
