Severity A Ticket No Response Since Saturday - Subscription Terminated False Phishing - Case SIR22192090

I need urgent help with my support case. My Azure subscription was terminated for alleged phishing content. This is a false positive detection.

ISSUE: I created a Severity A support ticket on Saturday. Microsoft is not fulfilling the SLA for Severity A response times. I have received no contact from any support engineer.
SITUATION: My website is a legitimate community-based internet voucher service in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide prepaid hotspot vouchers to local community members using MikroTik infrastructure.
The automated system incorrectly flagged this as phishing content. This is a legitimate local business with real customers and established service.
BUSINESS IMPACT: Entire subscription terminated Cannot access any Azure resources All business operations halted Community service interrupted
WHAT I HAVE TRIED: Created Severity A support ticket on Saturday Called support phone numbers multiple times No response received from any support engineer
REQUEST: I need help escalating this case to the security review team for manual human review. The automated detection system has incorrectly flagged legitimate business operations.
The termination email stated: "If you believe this finding is in error, create a support request to dispute the claim." I have done this but Microsoft is not fulfilling the Severity A SLA.
Can someone please help escalate this case?
