Hello, we purchased Windows Server ESU under an Azure CSP, there wasn't an option to purchase the ESU through the Workplace CSP. All guidance I see online is to go to my admin center, but they're not there, I'm guessing it's because the Azure CSP itself is not tied to our tenant, since the CSP is for Azure the tenant itself is with the partner. The partner is struggling to find an answer for this, so while I wait I was hoping someone on here could help point me in the right direction.

    Hello NauticalFerret

When ESUs are purchased through an Azure CSP, they may not appear in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center if the CSP tenant isn’t directly tied to your organization’s tenant.

In this case, the ESU entitlement is managed through the Azure subscription and partner tenant, not your Workplace CSP. To move forward, I recommend working with your partner to confirm that the ESU licenses have been properly assigned to the relevant Azure subscription and that your servers are registered under that subscription. You may also need to activate the ESU keys manually using Volume Activation tools like MAK or KMS, depending on your environment.

If your partner is still having trouble locating the entitlements, they can reach out to Microsoft Partner Support for direct assistance with the CSP portal.

Hope this helps clarify things! If this answer points you in the right direction, feel free to hit “Accept Answer” in the corner 😊

    Harry.

To find your Windows Server Extended Security Update (ESU) keys purchased under an Azure Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), you should check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Here’s how to access the keys:

    1. In the admin center, navigate to Billing > Your products.
    2. Look for the Volume licensing tab.
    3. In the Contracts section, select View contracts.
    4. Find the License ID associated with your ESU licenses, select the three dots (More actions), and then choose View product keys. This will display the product keys for your ESU licenses.

If you are unable to find the keys, it may be due to the CSP being tied to a different tenant. In this case, you may need to reach out to your partner for further assistance in accessing the keys.
