Hello,

I’m reaching out for assistance regarding our Microsoft grant setup. Last year, when we initially received the grant, it was associated with our personal email: <PII Removed>@yahoo.com. Later, we successfully transferred the sponsorship subscription to our business Azure account under <PII Removed>.

We’ve now received an extension of the grant, but it has again been issued to the original email (<PII Removed>****@yahoo.com). We would like to transfer this new grant amount to our business Azure account to keep everything consolidated.

Could you please assist us with this transfer?

Thank you for your support!

    Hello TimaxArt,

We understand that you're looking to transfer your newly received Microsoft grant from the personal email associated with it to your business Azure account.

To move the new Microsoft grant from your personal email to your business Azure account, you'll need to take a few steps to bring everything under your business account. Because this involves a grant and Azure sponsorship, the process may include transferring the sponsorship and possibly contacting Microsoft support to make sure everything is transferred properly.

Ensure that your business Azure account is eligible to receive the grant transfer. Verify that your personal email and business email are both connected to the same Microsoft Azure tenant.

Since the grant was issued to the original personal email, you will likely need to work with azure support to request the transfer.

Here are the steps you can follow to create support requests:

    • Go to Azure portal > Search for Help + Support or https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview
    •  Click on Create a Support Request
    • On right-side panel, enter Subscription and click Go > select the issue with "Subscription Management" > select your Subscription > select Sponsorship request click Next.
    • click on the Create support request on top of the panel. User's image
    • Select the Issue type as Subscription Management and, select the summary, problem type and problem subtype as below > click on the Next__.__ User's image
    • Do not click on any recommendation solution/article, instead click on the Return to support request then click Next. User's image
    • Fill all the required information and provide a clear description of your issue and click Next.
    • Review and create as submit the support request.

Kindly check the below documentation for more details: How to create an Azure support request - Azure supportability | Microsoft Learn

Hope this helps! If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us. thanks
