Hello,

Follow this guide on how to edit audio clips for powerpoint presentations.

Add or delete audio in your PowerPoint presentation - Microsoft Support

There is a video in the page which can act as a visual guide, it shows you how to delete audio clips at the 1:55 timestamp.

Hope this helps,

JC

To remove background music from all slides in a PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:

  1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint.
  2. Go to the Slide Master view: Click on the "View" tab and select "Slide Master". This will allow you to make changes that affect all slides.
  3. Select the Master Slide (the top slide in the Slide Master view). This slide controls the overall layout and design for all slides in your presentation.
  4. Look for audio icons: Check if there are any audio icons on the Master Slide or any of the layout slides beneath it. If you find an audio icon, select it.
  5. Delete the audio: Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard to remove the audio from the Master Slide.
  6. Exit Slide Master view: Click on the "Slide Master" tab and select "Close Master View" to return to your normal slide view.
  7. Check individual slides: If the music still plays, check each slide individually to ensure that there are no audio clips added to them directly.

By following these steps, you should be able to remove the background music from all slides in your presentation. If you continue to experience issues, it may be helpful to check for any additional audio settings or animations that might be affecting playback.
