Removing existing teams or channels from Microsoft Teams when no longer needed
Dear @CancellationHelp,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Typically, the subscription cancellation process follows standard instructions. Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
In order for me to assist you as accurately as possible, please provide the following additional information:
Are you an End-User or a Global Admin of this account/tenant?
Which website did you access to log in and receive the error message that neither the email nor the phone number was found? Please send me that website address and a screenshot of the error message.
You mentioned that you are currently logged in on your mobile phone. What is the result when you try to log in on a web browser on your laptop?
Subscription Details:
- You are the person who purchased this Teams subscription, correct?
- Through which channel did you purchase the subscription (directly in Admin Center from Microsoft, through a CSP partner)?
- If you are the purchaser (and the Global Admin - GA), can you log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
If you can log in to the Admin Center > Please proceed with the subscription cancellation instructions.
If you cannot log in to the Admin Center > Please take a screenshot of the error message displayed when you attempt to log in to the Admin Center so that I can identify the issue.
Looking forward to your response!
