Hi, I can't find my login for the invoices and the cards you charge my service on? I have ******@hanssonrestore.se but all information on billing and receipt is gone. I also need to add a new card. How do I do this? I need documentation for my company regarding the charge of 1555 kr?"

The message appears to be about someone having trouble accessing their billing information and receipts, needing to update their payment card, and requiring documentation for a company expense of 1555 SEK.

"Where can I find my card and why don't you send any documentation?"

Regards

Anna Hansson

To access your billing information and invoices in Microsoft 365, you can log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you are unable to find your login details, you may need to recover your account or contact support for assistance.

To add a new credit or debit card, you can manage your payment methods through the admin center. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Navigate to Billing > Billing and payments.
    3. Look for the option to manage payment methods, where you can add a new card.

If you need documentation for your company regarding the charge of 1555 SEK, you can download your tax receipt from the Billing > Billing and payments page if it is available for your invoice. Look for the Download tax receipt option next to your invoice ID.

If you continue to have issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
