Hey there,

we ordered via Crayon (our LAR) 1.694 x Windows 10 ESU (SKU = DG7GMGF0SSGZ).

Our LAR told us to have a look into our "VLSC" to get the license key.

Unfortunately I am not able to see this order (relevant License-ID should be ADB6CC30).

Would you mind to help me with the relevant key please?

Kind regards

Georgios

To locate your Windows 10 Extended Security Update (ESU) license key, you can follow these steps in the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC):

    1. Go to the Billing section in the VLSC.
    2. Select Your products.
    3. Click on the Volume licensing tab.
    4. In the Contracts section, select View contracts.
    5. Find the relevant License ID (in your case, ADB6CC30), and select the three dots (More actions), then choose View product keys. This will show you the product keys associated with that contract.

If you still cannot find your order or the license key, you may need to contact your LAR or Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Hello again,

thanks - this is what I did before getting in contact with you...

However I can not find a key for Win 10 ESU there - what is the correct product name?

Anyway our LAR told us to get in contact with you - how can I get in contact with MS Support though?

    Hello Georgios Samaras

Well, first let's ensure that the Microsoft account you're using in VLSC is associated with the correct agreement. You can manually add it by selecting “Associate Agreement” in VLSC and fill in the details from your Crayon purchase confirmation.

If the agreement is already linked and you still don’t see the keys, it’s possible the ESU licenses were provisioned differently. In that case, I recommend contacting Microsoft Volume Licensing Support directly with your agreement number and purchase details. They can verify provisioning and ensure the keys are released to your account.

Alternatively, if you have a Microsoft account manager or partner (like Crayon), they can escalate the issue directly to Microsoft on your behalf.
