Possible Microsoft Account Desynchronization: Password Rejected on All Services (2FA Still Works)

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Microsoft Account authentication that appears to be caused by a backend desynchronization between the Microsoft Account (MSA) identity service and individual Microsoft product clusters.

Summary:

My Microsoft Account password is correct and verified.

Password authentication fails consistently across all Microsoft services (Outlook, OneDrive, Xbox, etc.).

I can only sign in using two-factor authentication (2FA) or a recovery code.

This is not a password reset issue — I’ve reset multiple times, confirmed credentials, and tested on different devices and networks.

Technical Concern: This behavior indicates that my account credentials may not be properly synchronized across Microsoft’s distributed authentication network. It seems like a token or credential replication issue at the MSA backend level — a desynchronization between the master Microsoft Account server and the product-specific authentication clusters.

Request: I need this case escalated to the Tier 2 Microsoft Account Escalations Team, specifically those handling MSA backend replication or credential synchronization issues.

I’d appreciate confirmation that this escalation has been passed to an Account Data Integrity or Authentication Synchronization Specialist, as this is clearly beyond a front-end credential or password reset issue.
