outlook task

Hello

I have shared a folder with a task from my outlook exchange to a user of outlook 365 home, he receives the email with the invitation, but he didn't receive the option to open the folder with the task.

Please your recommendations to fix it.

    I’d like to share some information based on my research that the task folder sharing from an Exchange Server account is not supported when the recipient is using a personal Microsoft account or Outlook 365 Home.

    I also tried using Microsoft To Do to share with a personal Outlook, but it still couldn't open and I realized that this sharing function can only be applied to accounts within the same tenant (internal).

    If possible, I would truly appreciate it if you could submit feedback directly through Outlook via Help > Feedback, this helps the product team prioritize improvements based on real user experience. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us better understand this scenario.
