Trying to Separate Server SCCM Management From InTune

Good morning. I am a Systems Engineer and I have been asked by my IT Director to investigate any possibility of separating out endpoint management of our servers from InTune. We want our endpoints to continue to be managed by InTune, but not our servers. To that end, our IT Director has asked if it is possible to separate out SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager in regards to our servers from InTune, while retaining the endpoints to be managed in Intune. Is this possible? And if so, what documentation/lead would I chase to accomplish this?
