Hi rajesh chaganti ,
Greetings!!
It looks like you're dealing with regional capacity errors while trying to create an Azure SQL Database on your Free Account. Given that you’ve tried multiple regions (North Central US, East US, etc.) and still faced issues, it likely relates to the capacity constraints in those regions for free accounts.
Here's what you can do to address the situation:
- Check Quota: Free accounts have limited resources. You can verify the quota limits for your subscription by navigating to Subscriptions in the Azure portal, selecting your subscription, and looking under Usage + quotas.
- Request Quota Increase: If you find that you're hitting resource limits, you can submit a request for a quota increase. Here’s how:
- Go to Usage + quotas in your subscription settings.
- Click on Request increase for the relevant resource.
- Fill in the request form and specify the region (Central US, in your case).
- Enable Region Access: If your subscription doesn't have access to create resources in particular regions, you can file a support request to enable a specific region for your subscription. Look out for errors that indicate restricted provisioning in your selected region.
- Consider Alternate Regions or Services: If the Central US region continues to show capacity errors and you're unable to get an increase, you might want to consider switching to a different region (if possible) or look at other resource types that may better suit your needs.
