Hi 지현 한,
For offline or closed environments, mass activation must be handled through the Key Management Service (KMS) or Multiple Activation Key (MAK) method. Microsoft does not directly accept or process activation requests through raw System IDs in open forums for security reasons. You’ll need to use a Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) or Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) to generate the necessary confirmation IDs and perform activation locally.
If your network has no outbound connection to Microsoft servers, you can complete activation by submitting the installation ID (like the one you shared) through the official Microsoft telephone activation process or the Volume Licensing Support portal. Once the confirmation ID is issued, you can apply it across all systems via VAMT for centralized activation.
Please ensure that your organization’s KMS host or MAK key is valid and properly licensed before proceeding. For your privacy, I recommend not sharing the full System ID publicly. Instead, use the secure contact channel in your Microsoft Volume Licensing account.
