Hi,

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re running into, You can try this: open your Outlook or Mail settings and check if any rules or filters are automatically moving messages to Trash, delete or disable any that do. Next, check the Junk Email and Blocked Senders lists to make sure your contacts aren’t accidentally marked as junk. Also, if you’re using multiple devices (like a phone and computer), make sure one isn’t set to delete or move mail automatically. After that, restart Outlook and send yourself a test email to see if it stays in the inbox. Just to confirm, are you using Outlook on the web, the app on your computer, or the mobile version?
