I get error authenticating to Outlook on Android using password, yet Web and on-premise auth work fine

Hi. I'm experiencing issues while authenticating to Outlook on my Android and iOS devices.

My domain is synced with Entra, I can logon to web services, however on my mobile devices I cannot authenticate to Outlook. My password gets rejected (I enter it correctly for sure) and Authenticator-based auth issues a confirmation request, yet it does not show up in Authenticator so I cannot confirm it.

Azure diagnostics did not help much. What could be the issue here?

    Hi Marek Byszewski
Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

According to this issue, may I know if you only received an error message that your password was wrong? Did you have any alternative login method like phone number or SMS?
On iOS device, please try to use Apple Mail application to test if your account could be connected. I need to see if your issue only happens on Outlook on mobile devices.

I am looking forward to your response.
