May I ask if you’ve already tried the following steps?
-Open the activation page in an incognito/private browser window or switch to a different browser.
-Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry the activation process.
If the issue still occurs after trying those steps, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance, as they can review your activation token and product key in more detail.
-If your Visio 2024 license was obtained through Volume Licensing, please ask your organization’s IT administrator to raise a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can refer to this article for more details: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
-If it’s a retail key you purchased yourself, please contact Microsoft Support directly through Contact Us - Microsoft Support and follow these steps:
1.Type in your problems in the search box there.
2.Now click Get help and Select Contact Support below.
3.Go to the Products and services tab and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products.
4.On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
5.Go to Confirm.
6.You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
