Can not pay Intune service

I want to pay Microsoft Intune Plan 1

But, I could not register my card. So, I didn't pay this service.

Select "Microsoft Intune Plan 1"

4.I entered "billed to"'s input texts.

But, Below text is shown.

Enter your payment data again or try a different way to pay. We couldn't save the data you entered. (CV: [Moderator note: personal info removed])

What should I do?

The card information that I typed is correct.(address, name etc..)

And This card is corporation card. And I already used this card to AWS service. So, This card is not blocked abroad service.

Note that The owner of the card and the owner of the account are different.

Is there any Korean help desk number?

I could not connect below Korea help desk number.
