We provided our client with five (5) Microsoft Operating System licenses under the Microsoft Open License program in 2019.
The client received a Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) welcome email from Microsoft (sender: [email protected]), but they are unable to access or log in to the VLSC portal to manage or activate their licenses.
