Azure & LCS Issue

I understand that you are unable to access Lifecycle Services (LCS) with your Azure account and cannot locate the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on-premises trial in the admin center.

This issue often arises because having an Azure account alone is not sufficient to access LCS projects for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Here are a few things to check:

License Requirement: Access to LCS usually requires a valid Dynamics 365 license (such as Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management) assigned to your user account. Verify in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center that your user has the appropriate Dynamics 365 license assigned, not just an Azure subscription.

Trial Availability: Microsoft has been shifting how trials are provisioned. The specific "on-premises trial" you are looking for might no longer be available directly through the standard admin center signup. Trials are often now provisioned as cloud-hosted environments or through the Dynamics 365 trial page.

Partner/Customer Source: If you are a partner or an existing customer, ensure you are signing in with the Organizational account associated with your CustomerSource or PartnerSource agreement.

First Time Setup: If this is a new tenant, you might need to create a new LCS project. When you log in to lcs.dynamics.com, if you don't see a project, try clicking the + icon to create a new project (e.g., "Migrate, create solutions, and learn Dynamics 365") to see if your credentials allow basic access.

If you are setting this up for learning purposes, I recommend looking for the standard cloud trial for Dynamics 365 Finance rather than the on-premises specific trial, as it is more readily accessible.
