I am unable to connect to my AVD user using MacBook

Issue Description: When I attempt to connect to my Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) session using the Windows App for Remote Desktop on my MacBook, the login screen freezes and does not proceed further.
The same user account and setup work perfectly fine when connecting from a Windows machine, so the issue seems specific to the Mac client.
Environment Details:
Device: MacBook
Client: Windows App (Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac)
- AVD Type: Personal
Could you please advise on any known compatibility issues or configurations that might cause this behavior?

You are unable to connect to your Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) session using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app for Mac. The login screen freezes, but the same account works fine on Windows.
- This may be caused by incorrect AVD or workspace settings, a macOS configuration issue, or an outdated Remote Desktop client.
- Check that you have the latest Microsoft Windows App from the Mac App Store.
- Remove and re-add your AVD workspace in the app.
- Delete any related Microsoft Remote Desktop or AVD entries in Keychain Access, then restart the app.
- Make sure the app has full disk access and network permissions in System Settings.
- If problems continue, please provide more details.
- Remote Desktop client version on Mac and macOS version ?.
- Does the freeze occur before or after MFA prompt?
- Screenshot or log snippet of the error (if available).

Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop application on your Mac. Locate and right-click the connection entry for your Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) workspace or host pool. Select Configure.
Navigate to the Display tab within the connection settings window.
Go to Display Settings
1.Uncheck: "Use all monitors" or "Span across all monitors" to prevent the session from spanning multiple screens.
2 Set Resolution:
- Choose "Optimize for Retina displays" for best fit on your primary monitor.
- Or select Use "custom size" and enter a resolution (e.g., 1920×1080 or 2560×1440).
By disabling multi-monitor options and specifying a resolution, your AVD session will open as a single window on your Mac, using only one display.
