Unable to set Screen time for IOS device

Hi,

We deployed a policy through Intune for iOS to restrict the screen active time, but it hasn’t been applied and shows an error. The device in question is a personally owned (unsupervised) iOS device.

My question is: what configurations or settings can actually be managed on unsupervised iOS or macOS devices via Intune?

    Hello Sheik Mohamed Yasar,

Hope you got this addressed. If not, find below some clarification around the same. This is applicable for supervised devices only. Refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/configuration/device-restrictions-apple?pivots=ios-ipados#settings-apply-to-device-enrollment-automated-device-enrollment-supervised-4

For a list of restrictions for unsupervised, refer to the "Settings apply to: All Enrollment Types" sections in the below article.

    Hope this helps!
