    Hello Tibebe Asfaw

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

The error code 53003 with the message "You don't have access to this" and the request Id provided shows access is blocked due to Azure Conditional Access policies configured in organization's tenant. This means sign-in was successful but does not meet certain security or access criteria set by the administrator, such as multifactor authentication (MFA), device compliance etc

The user account refers to Azure Conditional Access restrictions required to check sign-in logs for blocks and ensure the sign-in device and location meet security policies, and verify if Multi-Factor Authentication has changed or failed during sign-in.

Based on understanding of the issue we can suggest as below:

Please ask Azure AD admin to review the Conditional Access policies applied to your account in the Microsoft Entra ID portal under Protection > Conditional Access > Policies and review sign-in logs in Azure AD portal (Sign-in events > User sign-ins) to identify policy caused the blocker.
