Did the latest update to Outlook for Mac (16.102.1) remove the ability to format text and autocreate email address in the body of emails?

After Oct. 20, it appears that Outlook for Mac no longer permits text formatting to the same extent it previously did - specifically I can't find a "Paragraph" formatting option to revert back to true single spacing. My emails now have too much space between each line of text (even though it is set to 1.0.)

Second, when I type an ******@xxx.xxx email address into the text of an email it no longer converts to a email hyperlink automatically. I do this a lot so this is a particularly frustrating loss.

Finally, just because, I wish that the ablity to open/close toggle the "Today, Yesterday, This Week, etc." sections in the Inbox window showing the emails would be reintroduced.

-- Mac no longer permits text formatting to the same extent it previously did:

Please bring back this Feature. It is very helpful for people like me who edit text every day with Outlook for Mac.

You have limited so many things, such as paragraphs, variations on fonts (e.g. I used to write with the Arbeit Font, on the Light variation (company policy), and now it simply does not allow me to use it. Just the regular Arbeit Font with no variation), bullets and numbering, etc. The ruler disappeared, along with the ability to adjust the text and insert user-created AutoText entries.

    It is very, very frustrating.

    Hello @JAD
Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

According to this issue, may I know what is the version of Outlook that you are having issue?
As for my testing environment, I am also seeing the same thing as I do not see the email hyperlink after typing an email address - however, this would still apply when the email is sent to the recipient. (Which means if you sent email already, you could see in Sent items that the email addresses within your email converted into email hyperlink)
For the Paragraph options, as I did not notice about this before but I could not find this option as well.

Please help me to access this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac and look for early build than October 20 (you could re-download Office version 16.100 or lower) to see if the Paragraph option should appear again.

For your ability to open/close toggle "Today, Yesterday, This Week", please help me to raise this as a feedback by going to https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/ and raise a feedback. This should make Microsoft notice about this and consider this function in later build.

Please try to re-download old version of Outlook and let me know if you have any new update.
