    Hello,

The error seems to be pointing to a system file issue

I would run a SFC /scannow to see if you have any corrupt system files that might be causing a problem.

    Click Start

    Type: CMD, right click CMD

    Click “Run as Administrator”

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /scannow

This will check for any integrity violations and fix any corrupted operating system files.

    Restart your system.

    Hope this helps,

    JC
