How do I talk to a customer service representative? I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund on what was taken from my account

Why are you so complicated in trying to find someone who can help me. Do you not have customer service? I do NOT want Microsoft Office 365, and want a refund that was taken from my account. Please send my money back to me.
