Hi @Todd Reisz
Thank you for posting your question in the Q&A Forum.
I understand you’d like to access your MX records to connect your domain to a new mail host. You can manage or update these records through your domain registrar’s DNS settings page, and the steps may vary depending on where your domain is hosted.
Here’s a general guide to help you:
- Sign in to your DNS hosting provider’s portal (this is usually the company where you purchased your domain).
- Go to DNS Management or DNS Zone Editor section**.**
- Locate the existing MX records and delete any entries that point to your previous mail system, this prevents email delivery conflicts.
- Add the new MX record values exactly as provided by your new email host.
- Make sure the Priority value is set correctly (lower numbers indicate higher priority).
- Save your changes. Please note that DNS updates can take up to 24-48 hours to fully propagate worldwide. During this time, email delivery might be temporarily inconsistent.
If your domain is managed directly through Microsoft 365, you can also view or edit the MX record in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Settings > Domains.
If you’re unsure where your domain is hosted, this official Microsoft guide can help: Find your domain registrar - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Once you know your DNS host, you can follow these steps to add or update your MX and other required records: Add DNS records to connect your domain - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Please confirm whether your domain is managed through Microsoft 365 or an external provider, so we can share the appropriate steps.
