Over the weekend we our team has randomly not been able to log into emails. Outlook is not even registering that we have emails via microsoft which we have been using for almost 2 years. When someone tries to send an email they get a Error response -- Status Code: 550 5.1.10. We reached out to our domain managers (GoDaddy) as there was an error in our MX records...not for sure how or when that happened! After being in contact with them Monday; MX records was fixed, but now TXT and CNAME records are in "error: status. They are saying that the DNS records are matching on their end. And I cannot get a single human being on the phone with Microsoft support. We have been without email access since Sunday. Someone please help!

    Hi @ONE Church Lima

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

From your description, I understand you're currently unable to send or receive emails due to an error status with your TXT and CNAME records. I truly appreciate the time and effort you've spent trying to resolve this issue.

Regarding your difficulty reaching a human agent through Microsoft Support due to the AI filter, you're not alone. Many users have shared similar challenges. Based on their experiences, here are a few steps that may help you successfully connect with a live support representative:

Step 1: Prepare relevant information in advance, such as your domain name and any details related to the issue.

Step 2: Visit the official Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Supportto find the correct number for your region.

Step 3: Listen carefully to the AI prompts and respond clearly and directly. Avoid providing extra or unrelated information, as the AI may not be able to interpret it correctly and could misroute your request.

While the AI questions may vary, following these steps has helped others reach a human agent more successfully.

If your TXT and CNAME records are showing an error status in GoDaddy, you can refer to the following Microsoft documentation Connect your DNS records at GoDaddy to Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to double-check the syntax and configuration of your DNS records, including TXT and CNAME, to ensure they align correctly with Microsoft 365 requirements:

    undefined undefined

In the meantime, if you're comfortable with it, I can help check your domain using a public DNS checker tool to see if there are any visible issues or insights that might assist in resolving the problem. To protect your privacy and ensure security, feel free to share your domain name via private message.

Please check your inbox for an email with the subject “New private message on Microsoft Q&A question” to review my response.

I sincerely hope this information partially clarifies your situation and assists you in planning your solution. Please do not hesitate to reply if you have any updates.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
