- Please check Windows Desktop Client: Version 1.2.3573 or later
- Make sure the MMR extension is installed and enabled in your browser within the remote session.
If it shows `“The extension is not loaded”
Try refreshing the page once.
If the message still appears, open the same site in a new browser tab — this usually resolves the issue.
(This is a known limitation, and the second tab typically loads correctly.)
If you disconnect and reconnect to your remote session, please refresh the browser page again for redirection to start working.
