I have paid voor a acount but, its not actif anymore. If i log in, i cannot find anything

Hello,

I was in shock today when I got my telephone bill. It said I have paid you guys money but I do not have a account.

i immediately loged in to see if a can find anything, but I can’t.

indont have a actief account for Microsoft 365 family, nor do i want to!

i hope we can resolve this issue.

    If you are using an iPhone, check your Apple account online to see if there was any payment taken on that account.

    Otherwise, if the payment was taken by Microsoft, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.
