The CSV file from bing ads sdk 13.0.25.2 is showing lower metric values when compared to a report downloaded and viewed from the UI.

This screenshot shows the file from the SDK with 8766 rows with All Conversions=28.96 and Conversions=8.340.

However, the UI downloaded report shows 8766 rows with All Conversions=29.48 and Conversions=8.71. (Line 1 is the header)

Both CSVs were generated within the same hour for Sept 19, 2025 so I dont think this is a timing issue. Please advice.

    Hello DWH 3QDigital,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

I understand the importance of having a consistent and accurate data report, particularly for conversion metrics, since you’ve identified a discrepancy between the CSV generated via Bing Ads SDK v13.0.25.2 and the report downloaded from the UI for September 19, 2025, which should ideally match. Specifically:

    SDK CSV (8,766 rows):

    • All Conversions = 28.96
      • Conversions = 8.340
      UI CSV (8,766 rows):
      • All Conversions = 29.48
        • Conversions = 8.71

You mentioned both files were generated within the same hour, so we’ll proceed assuming this isn’t a timing/refresh issue. Thank you for attaching the screenshots—those are helpful. To investigate this further, I’ve sent you a private message requesting additional details about the case. Please respond to that message so I can continue assisting you.
