How do I stop windows security from opening a passkey window every time I try to use my password manager

I use Dashlane as my password manager. It uses biometrics through my desktop's camera to identify me. But Windows Security has started to intercept this function, opening a pop-up window entitled "Choose a Passkey." It won't allow me to use Dashlane, which means I can't access any of the websites requiring me to log in.
