    1. Go to the Azure Support page

You can reach support from here: Portal → Help + support → Create a support request

    Alternatively: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade

    2. Choose the right options

    Issue type: Billing

Problem type: Payment, charges, or invoicing

Problem subtype: Unable to pay / past due balance

Billing support is free, so you won’t be charged anything.

    3. Submit the ticket

Support responded and manually cleared the past-due 11 cents on their side. After they closed it, my subscription went back to normal and there was nothing left to pay.

    Why this happens

For extremely small amounts (like a few cents), the system sometimes blocks automatic payment attempts and requires support to clear the balance. It’s a known behavior with old inactive subscriptions.
