Locked Child Account and Cant Access the Adult Account

Please help - i need the parental account deleting as i have no idea how its been selected as the main account or have access to it. my current account has been set to my sons age and i can change it and now locked out of all my business accounts. i need the family support removing and all restrictions.

    Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A forum

    Based on your description, it seems your account has been placed under a Microsoft Family setup, and your profile is currently treated as a child account.

    To fix this issue you will need access to the parental account, if you don’t know the credentials, you’ll need to recover them via https://account.live.com/password/reset

    After you have access to the parental account:

    1. Go to https://family.microsoft.com
    2. Sign in with the organizer account.
    3. Select your account and choose "Remove from family group".
