I understand from your comments that you are having trouble accessing Microsoft Access on your Mac, despite having a current Microsoft 365 subscription (formerly Office 365).
Based on all available research, I must confirm that Microsoft Access is a Windows-exclusive application.
Even with a full Microsoft 365 subscription, Microsoft does not provide a version of Access that can be installed directly (natively) on macOS. The standard Mac suite only includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive.
The only way to use Access on a Mac is to run the Windows operating system using virtualization software.
