I need to cancel my Office 365 Subscription as my company purchased a company wide Plan from Microsoft.

    To cancel your Office 365 Subscription, sign in with your Microsoft account on the link here.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365

    Select your subscription in the list and click 'Cancel Subscription'.

    Then, on the next page, I don't want my subscription if you choose to go ahead and cancel.

    If you're eligible for a refund (cancelled within 30 days), you'll receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be credited to your original payment within 3-5 business days.
