Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issue while trying to log into Microsoft 365. The invalid credential message with the (6008) sub status is super annoying, especially when it locks you out of OneDrive or Teams.
So, this error usually means there might be some outdated or conflicting credentials hanging out on your device. to help fix, I'd suggest signing out of all Microsoft apps first. Then, clear any saved credentials in the Windows Credential Manager and get rid of that cached identity data, and don't forget to check the AAD Broker Plugin folder deleting its contents might help, you can re-register your device by disconnecting and reconnecting your account under “Access Work or School” in your Windows settings.
Just to narrow things down a bit, have you changed your password recently? Or is this error popping up on more than one device for you? Also, can you still get into other Microsoft services like Outlook or Teams through a browser?
