When I try to create my new Microsoft 365 Family account, it won't accept my personal email. When I type in my personal email account it says: "You can't sign up with a work or school email. Use your personal email instead." But I am using my personal email.

Hello

What is the email domain you use? Please do not share your entire email address since this platform is public. Instead, share the part after the @ sign. For example, is it hotmail.com, outlook.com, or gmail.com?

I have the SAME issue. My MS365 subscription is under my gmail account, and on my personal laptop, but ever since I logged into my school account to use their email to communicate with a prof, I now get this error message and I can no longer access my MS365 unless I use my work or school address which I do not want to use. My gmail should be the default address, and this is super irritating.
