How to become a managed account in AI Startup program? Cognitive Services can not remove Content-filter for unmanaged accounts

Our customers keep getting dropped responses and think our product is broken which is making it hard of us to do business. We deal in advanced scientific applications such as medical devices, etc. and for that reason content filter randomly decides to block content creating business impact.

I already filled the form twice asking to remove content filters but they keep denying saying this is an unmanaged account which is part of Startup Credits.

Our startup can't work without removing content filter. Help? Can I be assigned an account manager?

Your request to remove content filters is being denied because your account is classified as “unmanaged” under the Microsoft for Startups program. To qualify for content filter removal, your startup must have received at least $25,000 in Azure credits, completed domain and business verification, and submitted the content filter removal form.

Without meeting these criteria, Microsoft typically does not assign a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or allow filter removal. You can escalate by contacting https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/startups or posting your case with Application ID and Subscription ID on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/ for internal escalation. If you're in the Growth or Scale tier of the Founders Hub, mention that explicitly. Meanwhile, consider prompt engineering or pre-validation layers to reduce filter triggers.
