Thanks for reaching out. I understand frustrating it can be when your email gets so zoomed in that you can only see one message at a time.
This issue happens because of display scaling or zoom settings in either Outlook or Windows. So, if you’re on a PC using Outlook, try adjusting the zoom level from the View tab, or check your Display Settings to ensure the scaling is set to 100%. A few users have mentioned that temporarily increasing to 200% for a bit, signing out, and then switching it back to 100% can help reset the view.
just to make sure I’m on the right track, are you using Outlook on the desktop, the web, or maybe your mobile? And did this issue pop up after any updates or changes?
