But don't worry - once it becomes inactive, you can reactivate it whenever you're ready to use it. Simply sign into your account online and follow the option to Reactivate credit. |

After Skype was deprecated, you can continue to use your existing Skype Credit by using the Skype Web Portal: https://calling.web.skype.com/ which remains open, if you go there, are you able to make a call to stop your credit expiring.

Dave, thanks for the link, however it appears not to work - the phone rings (according to what's written on the screen) but there is no sound coming from the laptop and the phone itself is not ringing. I tried three different phones I have available and all showed the same response
