I am getting refresh error again and again

From what I can see, you're using Microsoft Teams on the web, and the error “We're having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing.” usually points to a temporary issue with how Teams is loading chat data in the browser. 

Let’s try a few steps: 

1. Refresh the page 

• Click the browser’s refresh button or press .Ctrl + R 
• Sometimes a simple reload clears temporary glitches. 

2. Clear browser cache 

• In Chrome or Edge:  
  • Go to Settings > Delete browsing data or press Ctrl + Shift + Delete 
  • Click Clear data, then restart the browser. 

3. Try a different browser

• If you're using Chrome, try opening Teams in Edge or Firefox. 
• This helps rule out browser-specific issues. 

4. Open Teams in an incognito/private window

• This disables extensions and cached data temporarily. 
• If it works fine there, the issue may be caused by a browser extension. 

5. Check your internet connection

• Make sure your network is stable. 
• If possible, switch to another Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot to test. 

6. Trying to use the Microsoft Teams desktop app. Sign in and try sending a message from there.
