Bing Search Trigger "On a New News Article" Not Working in Azure Logic App

The Bing Search trigger named On a new news article is not functioning as expected in an Azure Logic App. After following the training module under unit 4 and successfully running the app, there is no run history generated despite multiple attempts.

There are some articles suggesting that Bing can only be utilized with the Azure AI Foundry service, yet the training module indicates otherwise.

Can this be clarified?

    The example used in the module is outdated.

    Bing Search APIs were retired on August 11, 2025, and are no longer available.
