Cannot log into my outlook.com account using PC version of Outlook 2021

I cannot connect to the Outlook.com Exchange server using PC version of Outlook 2021. I can login using OWA and it works using Outlook app on my phone, but not on PC. I've tried different PCs, creating a new Outlook profile, but nothing works.
