Regarding your question about the Teams Rooms Basic license, based on Microsoft’s official documentation, Audio Conferencing is not included in this license. This feature is only available with the Teams Rooms Pro license.

According to the official Microsoft licensing documentation:

  • Teams Rooms Basic includes core meeting features such as scheduling, joining meetings, content sharing, and collaborative whiteboarding.
  • Audio Conferencing, which enables dial-in/dial-out capabilities and PSTN integration, is only available with the Teams Rooms Pro license.

If you require Audio Conferencing functionality in meeting rooms, you’ll need to upgrade to the Teams Rooms Pro license.
